Vehicle Fleet Pool
I am interested in speaking with individuals who manage your school's vehicle fleet pool.  
I am curious how other schools:
1. Allocate expenses back to the departments
2. If they allocate, do they allocate 100% of the costs or just a portion.
3. Is there separate rates by vehicle types
