NAEP membership is not prorated, institutionally based and runs from January 1 through December 31. All staff at a member institution are eligible to receive benefits, including discounted products and services.

Dues are based on enrollment and spend as reported on the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS).

Joining NAEP 

How to Join? 

Joining NAEP is easy. In just a few steps you can breeze through the application process or connect to your institution if they already hold a NAEP Membership.

Connect to Your Organization 

If your organization is already a member of NAEP, you can create a profile to access the member benefits. You must use your email address affiliated with your organization (example: johndoe@university.edu).  Personal email addresses will not be accepted.   Get Step-by-Step Directions



The Application Process for NEW member Institutions 

  1. Submit a member application online.  
  2. Complete all required fields prior to submittal. 
  3. Applicants may be required to submit additional information during the review process.  
  4. Approval and dues processing may take up to seven business days to complete. 
  5. Approved applicants who join prior to Oct. 1 will receive an invoice in October for the following year as part of our annual renewal billing cycle.
