If you do not yet have your hotel room reservations secured, we advise you to do so promptly. Our headquarters hotel, the Grand Hyatt San Antonio is rapidly filling up and is sold out on the Tuesday night of the meeting.

NAEP has secured additional rooms at an overflow hotel which is just blocks away (an 8 minute walk or leisurely boat ride down the river). Our overflow hotel, the Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk is offering the same NAEP discounted room rate as the Grand Hyatt, $189 a night plus tax.
