2025 NAEP Regional Conference Scholarships

NAEP is excited to announce the 2025 Regional Conference Scholarship fund. NAEP members are encouraged to apply for opportunities where they meet eligibility requirements.

Criteria:

Be employed at an institution who is a NAEP member in good standing.
Have a financial need or restriction that discourages or prevents conference attendance.
Recipients will be responsible for completing registration, hotel and travel reservations. A reimbursement form is submitted to NAEP with all applicable receipts at the completion of the conference. NAEP will reimburse expenses up to the scholarship value.

Considerations:

Preference to individuals/institutions who have not previously attended an in person NAEP event.
Recipients are encouraged to participate in volunteer opportunities while onsite for the conference.

Application review will begin after July 18th for many of the scholarships based on region, so please submit early. However, the application will remain open until all scholarships have been awarded.

Scholarships have a value up to $1000, which can be applied towards registration, hotel, and travel expenses via a reimbursement request form submitted after the conference.

By submitting the above application, the applicant agrees to allow NAEP to use their photo and application information for marketing and communication purposes related to the scholarship receipt and as a part of a Regional Conference. The applicant also agrees to provide feedback to the Scholarship Committee on the use and value of the scholarship.

The applicant understands that this scholarship is for the purpose of attending a Regional Conference in the year applied and that it is non-transferrable. Scholarship reimbursement is made to the individual's institution of employment. Reimbursements from NAEP will NOT be made directly to the individual for scholarships.
