What is Canary?

Canary is a new, AI-powered contract performance intelligence platform powered by Procurated – the leading resource for supplier ratings and reviews exclusively for the public and higher ed sectors.

Canary empowers NAEP members to gather supplier ratings & reviews from contract users from across their campuses and institutions. Canary then aggregates this feedback data, alongside your institution’s spend data to create an unprecedented view of supplier performance.

Canary enables NAEP members to:

How does it work?

NAEP members will receive a discounted rate on the Canary platform. Canary customers have access to the cloud-based Canary platform for trends and insights alongside tools, methodology, and support for gathering feedback from contract users at their institution.
