Excellence in Procurement AwardThe Award for Excellence in Procurement recognizes institutions through outstanding contributions to the procurement profession, the institution, and the field of higher education. This includes recognizing institutions whose innovative practices, creative processes, and commitment to continuous improvement exemplify the strategic value of higher education procurement. Awards will be considered for institutions in each of three enrollment categories:
Applicants should provide a detailed example of an innovative and exemplary endeavor, product, or service undertaken or performed by the procurement department that provides significant advantage to the institution, faculty, staff, and/or students. EligibilityA nominee institution must be a current member institution of the National Association of Educational Procurement in good standing, not have a current member of the association’s Board of Directors on staff, and not have been a recipient of this award in the past 5 years. A total of three institutions, one in each category, can receive this award. Nomination CriteriaContributions should meet the following criteria:
Education CreditsOne of the benefits of receiving a NAEP Award is the chance to earn educational credits. These credits are designed to enhance your professional development and educational growth, providing you with a competitive edge in your career. The educational credits earned through NAEP Awards can be utilized in various ways to support your continued education. You can find more information on this credit here.
