Marcheta E. Gillespie, FNIGP, CPPO, CPPB, C.P.M., CPM, is a dynamic speaker/trainer and experienced leader in the procurement profession. As the former Director of the City of Tucson's Department of Procurement, Marcheta has over 27 years of experience in one of the country’s largest, most highly acclaimed procurement organizations.
