Educational Opportunities

Annual Meeting

NAEP brings together members at our largest event of the year, the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting is hosted in the Spring each year and the location moves around the country to some of the best cities in the US. Past and future locations include Nashville, Dallas, Orlando and Kansas City.

The Annual Meeting offers opportunities for Sponsorship, Exhibiting and Connecting.

Regional Meetings

NAEP is separated into six geographically defined districts and 16 unique regions. Each of these regions hosts an annual meeting to bring together the members in their individual regions.

Having smaller meetings ensures direct facetime with members of that region. These one-to-four day meetings combine presentations by industry experts, Members, suppliers, and government representatives to help you learn who is doing what in your areas.

In many cases, suppliers who support the annual meeting, also attend many of the regional events. Regional Meetings have
opportunities for sponsorship, exhibiting, and connecting.
