Update Your Professional Portrait at the NAEP Booth

Stop by the NAEP booth in the exhibit hall to have your professional portrait taken. A professional photographer will be on hand both Monday and Tuesday during the hall.

Online Scholarship Auction

Our Scholarship Committee will once again hold a fundraiser for the NAEP Scholarship Program. Instead of our typical raffle,  this year we are moving to an online auction where you'll be able to bid on items through a new web platform. Included in the auction are two of the David Garibaldi paintings NAEP commissioned at the 2018 meeting in Orlando.

To participate download the mobile app and select "Scholarship Auction". You'll need to create a separate email and password to bid (If you win the item, you can pay for it right through the site!). Get a head start on the bidding (and create your account) by  clicking here.

If you are bringing an item for the scholarship auction, you may drop it off at NAEP registration.

Community Service Project

Our project this year will be held on Sunday afternoon from 4:00 - 6:00 pm. as part of the Registration Celebration. We have once again partnered with Projects with Purpose and WESCO to assist students facing housing and food insecurity through the Center for Community Outreach at the University of Kansas. Stop by to help us create hygiene packs along with backpacks full of school supplies.

Tips from Previous Attendees:
  • Bring your power cords with you to the convention center so that you can charge your phones/tablets during the meeting
  • Comfortable shoes are key!
  • Carry lots of business cards with you. You never know who you will meet.

Handicap Accessibility:

Please let us know if you have any accessibility or other special needs for the conference. You can email us with details.

Dress Code

Business casual is recommended. Meeting rooms can be chilly at times and you may want to pack a sweater or jacket. Wear your school colors on Monday! We also have a professional photographer in our exhibit hall Monday and Tuesday taking portraits. Plan and dress accordingly and update your headshot!
