IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FROM NAEP
REGARDING THE 2020 ANNUAL MEETING
After much consideration, NAEP has made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Annual Meeting at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville, Tennessee, which was scheduled from April 5-8, 2020. While we were excited to hold this meeting, we must be prudent in doing our part to support our members and business partners during this crisis. We are also committed to helping contain this situation by not holding our meeting. We thank you for your continued support of NAEP.
For all attendees, NAEP will automatically refund your registration for the meeting. You will not need to do anything on your part. The NAEP team will handle all registration cancellations automatically.
We appreciate your patience as cancellations may take up to 10 working days to process.
NAEP is unable to cancel or provide refunds for attendee travel, transportation, accommodations, and other related expenses. It is the attendee’s responsibility to work with the provider and the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center, or another hotel, to rebook or cancel.
You may have received communication from the Gaylord canceling your room. We apologize for the timing of that email before we had an opportunity to notify you of the cancellation of the conference. Refunds related to cancellations may take up to 14 days. Questions on hotel room cancellations should be directed to the Gaylord at 1-615-889-1000.
