I'm wondering if anyone out there has done a Coffee Operations RFP that they would be willing to share with me? What University of Montana is looking for is to have a large-scale coffee shop operation fully managed and designed by an outside vendor for exclusive rights to campus, i.e. for lack of a better description some along the lines of a Starbucks operation.  We have done beverage exclusivity on campus in the past but on this we are looking more for the shop/restaurant part being setup and ran in this situation.  Thank you !
