We are seeking innovative ideas and presentations to continue on the success of the 2018 conference.  The theme for the conference is Mining for Value.  Value is not always the lowest price.  How is your procurement/contracting organization providing value to your institution?  This year we are seeking sessions focusing on large and small institutions as well as community colleges. 

Some recommended topics include:

Negotiation strategies

Key elements of contracts

Best evaluation practices

Price/value analysis

Supplier scorecards

Communication skills

Fraud prevention

Risk management

Contract administration

Procurement tools

Procurement best practices

We are not limited to the topics listed above.  Proposals are due by February 28, 2019.  This is a great opportunity for you to building your presenting skills and is a must for anyone wanting to be promoted to manager/director/CPO.
