My name is Max Feldpausch and I work with Paul McGowan and Laurie Hoole at Boston College.  I'm currently researching our fire safety inspection services, specifically fire detection testing and sprinkler testing.  Boston College currently utilizes Keys North Atlantic and they are proposing a 11% increase in their hourly rates, $109, due to a labor shortage in the industry.  Please give me feedback on the following:

• Are your vendors giving you similar feedback?
•   How much do you pay per hour?
•   What vendor do you use?
•   How have they performed?
•   How long have you been using them?
•   Do you pay annually, bi-annually, quarterly, monthly, or as services are needed?
