We are a medium-sized (approx. 4,000 FTE) public university in central/northern NH that has been outsourcing our bookstore management for many years now.   We will be bidding out the management service this year and are looking for a consultant to potentially provide:  1) Market assessment 2) Alternative contract models (not just commission) and 3) Optional bidding review and advisory services.

Please send names and contact information for any consultants you have had success with, and also send names of those you would not recommend.  Also, if you have a scope of the work for the consultant that would be great.
