Update - 2020 Great Plains Conference
After much consideration of the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Great Plains NAEP Board has made the difficult decision to cancel the meeting scheduled in Branson this October. Our top priority has been and continues to be the
safety and well-being of our members and vendors. We greatly appreciate your support and understanding, and look forward to seeing everyone soon. For those of you who have
already registered for the Branson event, refunds are currently being processed.
While we are disappointed to not meet in person this fall to learn and collaborate on procurement related topics, we do hope you are able to join us
for one of the upcoming virtual options:
One of the greatest advantages NAEP brings to its membership is the ability to network and collaborate with peers. While we are unable to provide this element in person, we are hoping to provide a similar experience via a monthly
open Zoom forum. Please complete this survey to help us find a time range that works best for membership participation. The
planned forums will include a combination of both planned topics and open floor discussion. If you have a topic you are eager to share with the group you are welcome to submit it through the
above survey. We are also hoping to host a few webinars, if you have a topic you are interested in learning
more about please let us know.
Hosted by the NAEP National office, this even will be NAEP’s first ever virtual event.
One of the breakout sessions of this event will offer us the opportunity to hold our annual regional business meeting. As a part of this meeting we will hold our annual board member vote. Due to a board member stepping
down after our annual meeting last fall, Stacey Winters has graciously been acting as our interim Secretary. To fill this interim gap, and as per the Bylaws of our region the current
board with the exception of Secretary will stay in their current role for another year. We are currently accepting nominations for the secretary position.

We look forward to seeing everyone remotely!
