Sunday, September 22: Evening Welcome Reception (attendees and Welcome Event sponsor only)

Monday, September 23: Morning keynote, mid-morning and afternoon breakout sessions (attendees only) late afternoon exhibit hall (all attendees, vendors and sponsors)

Tuesday, September 24: All day educational programming (attendees only)

Wednesday, September 25: Half-day programming, conference concludes before lunch (attendees only)

Platinum ($500) - Limit 10

Includes all amenities of standard exhibit booth package, along with:

  • Complimentary exhibit booth registration
  • First right of refusal at this level for 2020 conference
  • Mention by the moderator at the beginning of conference
  • Priority display table location over Sponsors at lower levels
  • Full page advertising in conference book

Exhibit Hall Booth Opportunities:

Standard Exhibit Booth ($200)

Includes:

  • One 8'x10' booth with one 6' table and 2 chairs
  • One lunch on Monday, September 23rd - EARLY BIRD: Register by August 1st and one additional lunch will be included (total of 2 lunches)

Additional representatives can request lunch for Monday, September 23rd for $20 per person 


Electricity: Limited number of spaces will have electrical access for no additional charge. Platinum level sponsors will receive priority placement. Remaining spaces will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. PLEASE only request electrical access if needed for product demonstrations.

Cancellation Policy:

Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to NAEP. Cancellations postmarked or received on or before August 9, 2019, are entitled to a full refund minus a $150 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after August 9, 2019.

CONFERENCE NO SHOWS are liable for the full amount due. Substitutions are accepted and valid for this event ONLY. You will need to obtain the registration confirmation number for the person whose registration you will be using.
