About the Conference

The ULSCA Annual Conference is an opportunity for higher education supply chain professionals to network, share best practices and evolving challenges, and develop partnerships with our peers, colleagues, and suppliers. The ULSCA conference provides a cooperative learning environment which allows attendees to engage with other professionals to gain valuable insight and information on the latest trends and strategic direction of higher education supply chain and logistics.

This year’s conference will include presentations from member schools and strategic partners in the areas of technology innovation, integration of supply chain/logistics operations, forging internal and external relationships, best supply chain services and logistical practices within higher education. We will also have an opportunity to visit an Amazon distribution center and the Arizona State University campus.

Registration Costs

The Conference Registration does NOT include the hotel room charges this year.  Each attendee is responsible for registering and paying for their hotel room charges individually.  Please make those reservations with the hotel link provided.  In addition, if you would like to extend your stay, please make those reservations accordingly.  The hotel has reserved a limited number of rooms at the conference rate for extended stays.

Full Conference Registration: $495 early bird (available through 8/30/19); $545 regular rate (after 8/30/19).
Full Conference Registration includes: 2.5 days of Informative Sessions, Conference Materials, Welcome Reception and Awards Ceremony, Meals, Tours, Activities and Hospitality Suite.

Guest Registration
: $275
Guest Registration includes: Welcome Reception and Awards Ceremony, Dinners, Tours, Activities and Hospitality Suite.
