Duane Tucker joined the University of Colorado in 2008. As Director of Strategic Procurement, he manages the Supplier Relationship, Strategic Sourcing, Business Intelligence, and Business Analytics program. He is the immediate Past President of NAEP’s Rocky Mountain Region, as well as past chair and long-time member of the NAEP Scholarship Committee.

Katie serves as a membership development administrator for Sourcewell's marketing team and is responsible for researching and developing potential partnerships and opportunities in alignment with member needs. She specifically communicates with and supports higher education procurement professionals throughout North America. Katie is committed building valued relationships and delivering innovative solutions that best serve Sourcewell members’ procurement needs.
Melissa Deets, Manager, Education Contract Strategist Team, CDWG
Melissa Deets joined CDWG in 2006 and leads the Education Contract Strategist Team at CDW-G. The Education Contract Strategist Team consists of a group of individuals focused on the strategic implementation of contracts to help education customers achieve procurement goals within technology. Melissa and her team focus on thoughtful pursuit of contracts through customer discussion to determine goals for a contract and work collectively with the customer and legal to negotiate meaningful terms and conditions. Once negotiation is complete, the Education Contract Strategist Team works both internally at CDW-G and externally with the customer to formally launch the contract, to maximize contract benefits and promote strategic sourcing within procurement.
