Our Speakers

Corey Jensen, Contract Administrator, Sourcewell
 
Corey Jensen is a Contract Administrator with Sourcewell.  Corey has a diverse background of over 20 years of experience in contracts and leading teams in both the public and private sector.  In his current role at Sourcewell he helps develop categories and manages contracts after award in the construction and facilities arenas helping government and education agencies save time and money through cooperative purchasing.  




Allan Wilson, Director of Real Estate and Auxiliaries, University of Denver

Allan serves as the Director of Facilities Planning and Management at the University, overseeing a diverse portfolio of University assets and auxiliary business units. He has served as either owners’ representative or project manager on $130 million in new construction and renovation on campus and has facilitated $44 million in real estate transactions, which has resulted in the strategic acquisition of roughly 10 acres of useable land on the University’s perimeter. In 2012 Allan transformed the Daniel L. Ritchie Center for Sports and Wellness into the stage and media center for the first Presidential Debate between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.

 

Michael Shiplet, Regional Director, Gordian

Michael Shiplet is the Regional Director of Four Corners Operations for Gordian. He joined Gordian in 2003 and is responsible for all clients and staff in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. Tasked with the day-to-day administration of all current client performance, Shiplet coordinates Gordian staff across the region to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction. Additionally, he carries out all business development and onboarding of new clients in the Four Corners.
