Rooms start at $209/night + tax, $10 resort fee
Daily $15 self parking or Daily $22 valet parking

The resort charge includes: toll free and local calling, in-room high speed Internet access, entrance to the Sports Complex, in-room coffee and tea, guided history tour of the Grove Park Inn and on property shuttle.  A one night’s deposit is due at time of booking is required to confirm all reservations. Accessible and Pet rooms have limited availability; please submit these requests as early as possible. There is an additional charge of $150 for reserving a pet friendly room.

School Spirit Rally
   

We ask that each attendee bring a gift with your school logo. Please bring one gift set per attendee from your school. Bring your donation to be given away to attendee on our last day meeting day.

  • Be sure to represent your school loud & proud and wear your school colors!

Toys for Tots charity donation

  • Bring your Toys for Tots donations between 5:30 and 6:30 pm on Monday evening to the Cocktails and Toys for Tots Presentation
  • For monetary donations make check payable to: Marine Toys for Tots Foundation
  • Are there toys/gifts that are not accepted/distributed? Toys for Tots prefers not to accept realistic looking weapons and gifts with food.  If donated, such items will NOT be distributed. See answers to more frequently asked questions here.

Silent Auction charity event

Bring a gift item or gift set to be auctioned via a silent auction. All proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Our meeting rooms are always cold in November. Don’t forget to pack an extra layer or two to stay comfy.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to NAEP. Cancellations postmarked or received on or before October 3, 2018, are entitled to a full refund minus a $50 processing fee per registrant. Because the Omni Grove Park requires our final registration numbers for food planning and preparation, meeting space reservations and guest room accommodations, no refunds will be granted for cancellations made after October 3, 2018. Substitutions are accepted and valid for this event ONLY. You will need to obtain the registration confirmation number for the person whose registration you will be using.
