Supplier Day is Monday, October 29!

  • All suppliers are welcome to attend Monday’s educational sessions with the exception of the Roundtable Discussion at 3:45pm, due to limited seating

There is no parking included for this event. The GT Hotel has a parking deck attached to it. Overnight parking available for $15/night. For unlimited garage access, an $18 daily pass is available from the hotel. Additional parking rates below:

Booth Shipping Information

Shipping 1-2 small boxes is complimentary; however, please use the shipping address on the “Exhibitor Services Request Form." Your packages will go straight to the hotel. If shipping more than 2 boxes or larger items, please complete the “Exhibitor Services Request Form” and email the completed form to the email address listed at the bottom of the form.

For AV needs, please refer to the AV form. Any questions or concerns, please contact our representative at the GT Hotel, Ms. Leigh King.

Please note that we will provide 1 electric outlet per booth (if requested).

Cancellation Policy:

Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to NAEP. Cancellations postmarked or received on or before September 28, 2018, are entitled to a full refund minus a $150 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after September 28, 2018.

CONFERENCE NO SHOWS are liable for the full amount due
