Set up and Exhibit Hall Hours:

The conference will feature relevant and informative workshops, networking opportunities, a dynamic vendor showcase, and of course, fun.

  • Registration is open from 7am-9am Thursday, September 27th
  • Setup time is at 7am on Thursday, September 27th
  • Exhibit Hall is open on Thursday, September 27th 9am - 11:30am (no sessions are scheduled at this time)

Cancellation Policy:

Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to NAEP. Cancellations postmarked or received on or before August 31, 2018, are entitled to a full refund minus a $50 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after August 31, 2018.

CONFERENCE NO SHOWS are liable for the full amount due. Substitutions are accepted and valid for this event ONLY.
