NAEP Moves Procurement Forward
Membership in NAEP is a commitment to developing a world-class procurement department. This is not your old procurement association. By joining your higher education professional trade association, your procurement team demonstrates a commitment to developing the skill sets and job knowledge of your staff team and instituting the resources and best practices that increase the visibility of procurement to your campus business officers.
Here's How NAEP is Moving YOU Forward:
The Procurement Solution: NAEP Search Engine
All of the content on the NAEP website is indexed and available for key-word searching via the site search. This includes: web page content, file libraries such as the RFP samples library, Job Description library, newsletter and magazine archives, member and professional presentation’s, professional development videos, and forum discussion content. This allows for instant access to thousands of procurement-specific documents, articles, and media.

A Communication Hub and Idea Exchange
As a communication hub, NAEP provides the following ways for you to communicate with your local and national colleagues:
NAEP Collaborates with Other Higher Education Associations
NAEP collaborates with many other higher education associations so that procurement receives the higher profile it deserves. Here are a few of the groups and projects we are working on:
Timely and relevant procurement topics written by subject matter experts
The quarterly Educational Procurement Journal brings you up-to-date information on the hottest topics in higher education procurement. Our online newsletter Purchasing Link brings you a quick hit of information in byte-sized pieces. Starting in January, you will be able to respond and add your thoughts to many articles in a blog-style format.
Regional Meeting Support
NAEP provides many of our regions with professional meeting registration services and program content development. When you register for your regional meeting, it will be a smooth and easy process. When you arrive to the meeting itself, the educational sessions will be top-notch and you will take home new ideas that you can implement right away.
Stay in touch with your local procurement colleagues and stay on top of local news and announcements. Regional webpages include access to local presentations, photos, and files repositories and contact information so you can share your ideas with your regional leadership.
