Included with each booth space is a 10x10 pipe and drape booth, an ID sign and 24-hour security for $2695. Exhibiting companies are entitled to one (1) full complimentary registration per COMPANY and two additional exhibitor badges per BOOTH. Additional exhibit badges are available for $150 and additional full conference registrations are available for $850. Exhibitors will receive a roster of attendees approximately one month prior to the event as well as a post-show attendee list with email addresses. We ask that you use this list one time only.

Room rates are available at the NAEP discounted room rate of $199 single/double plus applicable taxes ($25 additional person fee above double occupancy. A standard room accommodates a maximum of 5 people). Room reservations must be made no later than March 6, 2018 at this hotel. This discounted room rate is available from Thursday, April 5th through Thursday April 12th, as long as rooms are available.
Please note that we anticipate that our room block at Disney's Contemporary Resort Hotel will fill up very quickly this year. Register for the conference and reserve your room as early as you can. To ensure our room block is available to our NAEP members, NAEP is limiting the number of rooms anyone can make in their name to two rooms per night. NAEP will also be periodically reviewing the hotel rooming list provided by Walt Disney World to ensure everyone in the NAEP room block is attending the NAEP 2018 meeting.

The Fine Print
NAEP wants to make the exhibition program effective for you, your fellow exhibitors and attendees.
NAEP ask that you’re in compliance with the IAEE display rules and regulations. These will be enforced onsite by show management.
Security and Liability
NAEP will provide 24-hour guard service from exhibit set-up through exhibit teardown and will exercise reasonable care for the protection of exhibitors' materials and displays. Complete liability information appears within the terms and conditions. All representatives from each booth must be appropriately registered and wear official identification while in attendance.
Request for cancellation of space must be directed in writing to NAEP firstname.lastname@example.org. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. 50% of the booth fee is non-refundable; the remainder of the booth fee will be refunded if the cancellation is postmarked or received by fax/email 90 days prior to the first day of scheduled set up AND if the exhibit hall sells out. Exhibitors canceling less than 90 days prior to the first day of scheduled set-up are financially liable for the full fee. NAEP's exhibit manager will confirm receipt of all cancellations, and refunds, if any, will only be made for confirmed cancellations.

The academies and institutes are provided as an educational benefit to our members. These particular events provide sponsorship opportunities for suppliers: Procurement Academy, RFP Institute, Federal Procurement Institute, and the Negotiations Institute. This an opportunity to network with a specific group of members based on the institute or academy. As a sponsor, you may attend the event, in some cases have a speaking opportunity and even introduce a keynote speaker.

There are 11 regional meetings per calendar year. Having smaller meetings ensures direct face-time with members of that region. These one to four-day meetings combine presentations by industry experts, Members, suppliers, and government representatives to help you learn who is doing what in your areas. There are sponsorship and exhibit opportunities for most regions. In many cases, suppliers who support the annual meeting, also attend many of the regional events.

Sponsoring a webinar series is an effective way to grab the attention of NAEP members to educate and share best practices, effective solutions, and quality resources to advance the purchasing & procurement profession. Webinars typically run 30 to 60 minutes in length.
