The National Association of Educational Procurement invites proposals for webinar events.

Proposals should be submitted at least 4 weeks prior to desired presentation date.

Sponsor Commitment to NAEP

As part of this agreement, you commit to the following:

  • Request for a webinar date must be provided and confirmed at least four to six weeks in advance
  • Details for the webinar, must be completed and returned to Sarah Nicewarner via email, snicewarner@naepnet.org, at least four weeks in advance of scheduled webinar
  • PowerPoint presentation must be submitted at least one week prior to webinar date
  • Webinar should be at least 30 minutes and include 5-15 minutes for a question and answer period
  • Content must be educational for higher education procurement professionals and not a “sales pitch”
  • A week before your webinar, you are asked to participate in a quick, instructional call (practice run) to learn how to navigate through the webinar platform and address any logistical/operational questions
  • Webinar registration will be closed if deemed necessary or canceled due to lack of interest or participation
