Join higher education procurement departments across the country and experience the NAEP difference.

NAEP Membership is institutional, not individual. Our annual dues are paid by institutions and cover the involvement of several employees. If an institution is a Member, any employee with purchasing responsibility may create their own personal profile and take full advantage of NAEP's services including full access to the wide array of data and content on this website. Membership dues are based on your student FTE population. Membership is on a calendar year and dues are renewed annually beginning in mid-November.

Are you a degree-granting institution?

If your institution is a degree granting educational institution of higher education or private college preparatory school, your institution qualifies for NAEP Voting Membership.


Is your institution already a member and you want to create your own profile to gain access to the website or register for a meeting?

If your institution is already a member of NAEP, individuals must create their own profile to gain access to all of the benefits.


Are you a museum, teaching hospital, or an institution concerned with higher education but not degree granting?

Nonprofit organizations, including nonprofit hospitals, foundations, K-12 schools or corporations that are concerned with education and entitled to exemption under Section 115(a) and Section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, and which are not private foundations by reason of Section 509(a)(1) or (2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986  qualify for NAEP Associate Membership.
