How can NAEP help your region?
NAEP's regional groups serve our Members across the country. Having a large number of relatively small groups meeting locally ensures that even the smallest institutions with the most restricted travel budgets may become involved.
NAEP Regional Officers are elected by their peers to manage the affairs of their regions. Because all are volunteers who will serve for a relatively short time, they must "hit the ground running" to provide the quality services the NAEP Members in their region need. From the feedback we receive at the National Office, they are doing a great job!
The best place to get to know your contemporaries at nearby institutions is at NAEP Regional and District Meetings. All regional groups meet at least once a year. These one to four-day meetings combine presentations by industry experts, Members, suppliers, and government representatives to help you learn who is doing what in your areas. Many regions include supplier exhibits at their meetings.
