Your full conference registration includes access to the Host Welcome Event on Sunday evening, all keynote sessions and educational workshops on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and access to the Exhibit Hall Marketplace on Monday and Tuesday.

Welcome Event on Sunday Evening at Disney’s Hollywood Studios®
Do not miss this one! Book your flights to arrive in time to enjoy a magical evening with NAEP and Walt Disney World® Resort! Disney’s Hollywood Studios™ will open a portion of their park just for NAEP conference attendees! Marvel at the Indiana Jones ™ Epic Stunt Spectacular! and then enjoy the park and the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster ® Starring Aerosmith at the other end of Disney’s Hollywood Studios®. NAEP has a few surprises planned for you during this fun and interactive adventure.
Of Note: Our Sunday event this year will begin a little later than usual. Buses from the NAEP hotel will begin at 7:30 pm and the adventure begins at 8:00 pm. We will be serving light fare during the event. You must wear your NAEP badge to gain admittance to the host event. No exceptions.
Transportation: To enter the NAEP Host Event, you MUST board the NAEP bus at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. You will not be allowed to enter the park from any other point other than the special NAEP entrance.
