Below you will find useful details regarding the Annual Meeting designed to help you maximize your time in Reno.
Your full conference registration includes access to the Host Event on Sunday evening, all keynote sessions and educational workshops on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and access to the Exhibit Hall on Monday and Tuesday.
Full registration includes continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday, the Exhibit Grand Opening & Reception on Monday evening, lunch in the exhibit hall on Tuesday and the Awards Luncheon on Wednesday.
Early-bird registration ended February 3, 2017.

Additional Tours of Lake Tahoe & the Surrounding Area
NAEP has partnered with the local destination management company to provide add-on tours of the area to enhance your experience in Reno. Take time on Wednesday evening or stay the full day on Thursday to enjoy tours to Lake Tahoe or historic Virginia City.Click here to see the available tour options and pricing. Please note that registration is with Convention Activities, Reno's oldest destination management company, and not with NAEP. Tours do require a minimum participation number and could be cancelled if that number is not met.
Host Event at The Edge
Our Host Event this year will take place at the fashionable nightclub in the Peppermill, Edge. Enjoy special appearances by the Rat Pack! Enjoy NAEP camaraderie and friendship in a unique setting. Enjoy drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres from 6:30 - 8:30 pm as you enjoy the the indoor and outdoor location. Plan to arrive by 6pm on Sunday to enjoy the host event.
Community Service Project
NAEP always includes a community service project as part of our annual meeting. This year, we will be preparing 300 personal care kits for the children, adults, seniors and veterans in the greater Reno community. Additionally NAEP will collect coats from conference attendees to donate to a family shelter run by Volunteers of America - Northern California & Northern Reno chapter in Reno. . Coats of all sizes will be appreciated. You may either bring your gently used coats with you to the meeting and drop them off at the NAEP registration desk or ship them to NAEP ahead of time. NAEP will accept your donations here at our national office and we will ship them with our materials ahead of the meeting. For shipping information, please email here.
We are pleased once again to partner with WESCO on this program.
The NAEP Scholarship Committee will once again host a prize raffle to benefit NAEP scholarships, including the Nancy Tregoe Scholarship, the Sons & Daughters Scholarships, and the Haas Memorial Scholarship. We are soliciting items including FitBits, e-readers, signed sports memorabilia from your athletic department, and other fun items. Let NAEP know what you will bring. You can drop off your items at the registration desk in Reno. The raffle will be located in the exhibit hall this year. Raffle tickets will be available for purchase.
Come prepared to do business in the NAEP Exhibit Hall. There are over 100 vendors ready to meet with you. Plan to bring your RFPs and get down to business! Make the most of your time on the exhibit floor on Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon.
Reno International Airport is approximately 15 minutes from the hotel. The code for the airport is RNO.
Taxicabs are available from the airport to the hotel. Additionally, Uber and Lyft are available to and from the airport.
Complimentary hotel shuttles are available to the Peppermill. They typically pick up 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the hour.
