Cancellation notices must be received in writing to Shaunte Slappy via fax 443.543.5550 or email: sshelton@naepnet.org.
Registrants canceling after Monday, September 20, 2010, AND CONFERENCE NO SHOWS are liable for the full amount due. Cash refunds will be processed after the conference. Credit card refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt.

NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received after Monday, September 20, 2010. Substitutions are accepted. You will need to obtain the registration confirmation number of the person you are substituting for.
