Contest Rules

Submission
All entries must be e-mailed using the link above and must be submitted by their posted deadlines.  Please include your contact information in the submitted e-mail.

Eligibility
NAEP Members and non-Members may submit answers to be entered in the drawing.  A winner is not eligible to receive additional free registrations.

Judging
Entries will be reviewed and judged by representatives of the University of Colorado.  Correct answers will be forwarded to NAEP's National Office where they will be entered into a drawing for a free registration for the 2010 Annual Meeting.

Prizes
One winner will be drawn from the submissions made by each question deadline.  That winner will receive a free registration for the 2010 Annual Meeting.  A winner is not eligible to receive additional free registrationsIn the event that a prize winner is unable to attend the 2010 Annual Meeting their free registration will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn from ALL ELIGIBLE CONTEST ENTRANTS UP TO THE DATE OF THE REPLACEMENT DRAWING.  Prizes are not transferrable or redeemable for cash or other substitutions.

General
Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited by law.  By entering the contest, you warrant that you have the right to enter this contest as delineated in the eligibility guidelines.  Winners also grant NAEP the right to post their names on the NAEP website, the NAEP 2010 Annual Meeting website and in any future collateral marketing materials or promotions.

Drawing Dates

The drawing for each set of question submissions will be held approximately one week after each deadline.  Contest winners will be announced on the next business day after the drawing date.  The drawing date schedule is as follows:
