Sunday, Sept. 30: Evening Welcome Reception at Dark Harbor (attendees and Welcome Event sponsor only)

Monday, October 1: Morning keynote, mid-morning and afternoon breakout sessions, late afternoon exhibit hall with reception

Tuesday, October 2: All day educational programming, evening Host Event (attendees and Host Event sponsor only)

Wednesday, October 3: Half-day programming, conference concludes before lunch

Additional representatives can register for $400 per person


Eight 6'x10' spaces will be available at $750 due to a low ceiling height in part of the exhibit space. These tables will not have pipe and drape available, just tables and chairs.


Please note this event will be providing exhibit logistics through a third party provider. That information will be shared with exhibitors closer to the event.


A mandatory exhibitor orientation will take place Monday at 10:00 am.

Cancellation Policy:

Registrant requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to NAEP. Cancellations postmarked or received on or before September 3, 2018, are entitled to a full refund minus a $150 processing fee per registrant. No refunds will be granted for cancellations made after September 3, 2018.

CONFERENCE NO SHOWS are liable for the full amount due. Substitutions are accepted and valid for this event ONLY. You will need to obtain the registration confirmation number for the person whose registration you will be using.

Attendee Participation Agreement
By completing this registration process, I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in NAEP events and activities as my own free and intentional act and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation in these events.
