Jeff Hebert is the MetaProcure contingent workforce management subject matter expert and the architect of the MetaProcure MSP Development Framework. As company Vice President, Mr. Hebert is responsible for developing next generation contingent workforce management practices and technology partnerships that keep pace with the evolution of how organizations utilize non-employees.
Mr. Hebert has nearly twenty years of experience in contingent workforce management, strategic sourcing, and procurement delivering solid business results in labor-related categories such as contingent labor, consulting, professional services, training and recruitment.
Before joining MetaProcure, Mr. Hebert served as Procurement Director at MetLife and Procurement Vice President at State Street where he drove multimillion-dollar category management strategies to achieve the organizations’ cost, quality and service delivery objectives. He now applies many of the same business principles and practices to produce similar results for MetaProcure contingent workforce management clients.
Mr. Hebert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Rhode Island College. He is a Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP).
