Nora P. Neibergall, CPSM, CPSD, C.P.M., is Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary for the Institute for Supply Management (ISM). Beginning her career with ISM in educational program development in 1994, Neibergall now oversees ISM's global certification programs and professional standards initiatives, including ISM's efforts in the areas of sustainability, social responsibility and ethical procurement. She is a Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD).
Prior to Joining ISM, Neibergall earned her Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) credential and was employed in procurement and supply management roles at manufacturing, technology and retail organizations. Neibergall holds a BS from the University of Arizona and an MBA from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Rainey Alben, is currently the Director of Diversity for the Institute for Supply Management (ISM) whose chief responsibilities are to lead and maintain ISM’s diversity initiatives and relationships across procurement, supply chain management and other business disciplines. Other areas of responsibility include developing, managing and growing national and international relationships and alliances with companies, colleges and universities, and associations as well as overseeing ISM’s Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD) program.
